High cube Container

High cube Container Definition:

These are containers with a similar structure to standard containers but are an extra foot or 30 centimeters taller for voluminous cargo.

The extra foot in the high-cube container makes it suitable and preferred for bulky shipments and over-dimensional cargo. This container type is popular in the shipping and logistics industry, and sometimes, it can be challenging to source one due to its high demand. As the transportation sector advances with the growth of trade opportunities, shippers have significantly turned to high-cube containerization as the most reliable, efficient, and affordable means. Besides its high capacity, its light weight makes it an excellent choice for bulk cargo transporters.
